Welcome to Flex Appeal Gym. We are situated in Tankerton, near Whitstable in Kent. We have been established for over 15 years and pride ourselves on being both the best equipped and best value gym in the area.

We have a full range of equipment so no matter what your training goals are we can help. There are plenty of cardio machines, strength machines and a large selection of free weights, including dumbbells up to 80kg. Our team of staff are dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable and can provide help and advice with both your training and your nutritional needs. We have a real diversity in clients, men and women of all ages. Some of our members are in there 80’s!
